University Readiness Programs:

Description: Bogoni Boost offers comprehensive university readiness programs designed to equip high school learners with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in higher education. These programs cover essential academic skills, study strategies, and personal development to ensure a smooth transition to university life. 

Target Audience: Grade 10, 11, and 12 learners aspiring to pursue higher education.

Our University Readiness Program is specifically tailored to support Grade 10 to 12 students, preparing them for higher education and lifelong success. We understand that the journey to university can be daunting, particularly for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. That’s why our program focuses on holistic development, providing targeted support and resources to help students navigate the academic and personal challenges they may face.

Key Features:

  • Structured Curriculum: Delivered during school holidays in three intensive contact sessions—one week in March, two weeks in June/July, and one week in October/November (excluding Grade 12 in October/November to allow for exam preparation).
  • Comprehensive Modules: Covering foundational academic skills, career exploration, financial literacy, and personal development.
  • Expert Guidance: Access to experienced educators, career advisors, and guest speakers who provide insights into various career paths and higher education opportunities.
  • Personalized Support: One-on-one mentorship and tailored advice to help each student identify and pursue their unique academic and career goals.

These programs cover essential competencies such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and technical skills, ensuring students are well-prepared for immediate entry into the workforce or further vocational training.

Target Audience: Grade 10, 11, and 12 learners aspiring to pursue higher education.

The Work-Based Readiness Program at Bogoni Boost is designed to prepare Grade 10 to 12 students for the workforce, equipping them with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in a professional environment. Recognizing the critical need for job readiness among South Africa’s youth, our program focuses on bridging the gap between school and work, particularly for students in disadvantaged communities.
